Introducing the all-electric Volvo EX30
With its sleek exterior and minimalist interior, this stylish and affordable SUV certainly doesn't compromise on design!
Don't let its size fool you, the compact EX30 offers impressive power and battery options. Choose from the Single Motor with a 272hp engine and either a 51kWh or 69kWh battery, or opt for the Twin Motor Performance with a whopping 428hp and a 69kWh battery. With a 0-62mph time of just 3.6 seconds, it's the fastest accelerating Volvo ever, leaving the BMW iX1 in the dust.
And when it comes to recharging, the Twin Motor can charge at speeds up to 153kW, while the Single Motor models can recharge at 134kW. With the right charger, a 10-80% top-up will take just over 25 minutes.
Although official range figures are yet to be confirmed, Volvo expects the Single Motor with the smaller battery to travel up to 214 miles, while the Extended Range model offers an impressive range of 298 miles. The Twin Motor falls just behind with a predicted distance between charges of up to 286 miles.
Choose from two specification levels, with a third entry-level grade coming soon. The Plus specification, starting from under £34,000, includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen, two-zone climate control, a Harman Kardon stereo, front and rear parking sensors, a parking camera, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. For more driver assistance features and luxurious extras, the Ultra models start from around £42,000 and include an automated parking system, a fixed panoramic sunroof, 20-inch alloys, power-adjustable front seats, dark-tinted rear windows, and a more powerful on-board charger.
