MG Motors launches its Cyberster EV

Introducing the Cyberster Trophy, our base model that doesn't skimp on power. Boasting up to 250kW (340 PS) and 475 Nm of torque, this beauty accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in a mere five seconds, topping out at a speed of 121 mph. For those craving even more thrill, meet the Cyberster GT variant. Equipped with dual motors and all-wheel drive, it's MG's boldest production model to date. Experience breathtaking acceleration - 0 to 62 mph in just 3.2 seconds - with a peak speed of 125 mph.
What's more impressive, the Cyberster GT's performance isn't just about raw speed and acceleration. In fact, it stands toe-to-toe with some of the most iconic sports cars on the market, being also faster than the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS Cabriolet. This comparison underscores the Cyberster GT's exceptional engineering and design, positioning it not only as a marvel of electric vehicle technology but also as a genuine competitor in the high-performance sports car arena.
Both models come powered by a robust 77 kWh battery nestled within the chassis, offering an impressive range. The Trophy variant can travel up to 316 miles on a single charge, while the GT variant rides up to 276 miles, as per WTLP standards. Quick charging? Absolutely. The Cyberster charges up to 150 kW, soaring from 10 to 80 per cent in just 38 minutes for the GT model.
Customize your drive with four distinct modes: Comfort, Custom, Sport, and Track, and enjoy the luxury of an open two-seater, complete with an electric-powered folding roof. Additional features include Brembo brakes, 19-inch alloy wheels, a trio of displays led by a 10.25-inch touchscreen, dual-zone climate control, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree parking camera, and an eight-speaker Bose audio system.
