Porsche has introduced three exciting new Taycan models.

Porsche has introduced three exciting new Taycan models, the all-wheel-drive Taycan 4, the Taycan GTS, and the Taycan GTS Sport Turismo.

Earlier this year, the Taycan lineup received a significant overhaul, enhancing power, performance, and technology. The series also welcomed an impressive new flagship, the 1,100 PS Turbo GT, which boasts a 0-62 mph acceleration in just 2.2 seconds. Now, with these additional models, Porsche completes what it refers to as a ‘16-version family’.

Taycan 4 Saloon

The Taycan 4 Saloon is the all-wheel-drive version of the base model Taycan Saloon. Positioned next to the off-road styled Taycan Cross Turismo 4, it features electric motors on both the front and rear axles, with the front motor disengaging whenever conditions allow for optimal traction and stability.

Customers can choose between an 89 kWh or 105 kWh battery, with a maximum output of 435 PS when Launch Control is engaged. The larger 'Performance Plus' battery extends the driving range up to 399 miles. According to Porsche, these configurations make the Taycan 4 the leader in range among all-wheel-drive models, trailing only about 35 kilometers behind similar Taycan variants.

It also accelerates faster than the RWD version, reaching 0-62 mph in 4.6 seconds. Standard features include 19-inch wheels, Porsche Traction Management (PTM), and Adaptive Air Suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). Like all models available through Express Vehicle Contracts, you can personalize your Taycan 4 with a wide range of optional features.

Taycan GTS and Taycan GTS Sport Turismo

Dubbed the ‘sporty all-rounder’ by Porsche, the GTS models fit between the 4S and Turbo variants. This update applies to both the GTS Saloon and the GTS Sport Turismo estate. The new GTS models boast increased power, with up to 700 PS available through the 'push-to-pass' feature in the standard Sport Chrono package, an improvement of 100 PS over previous versions.

This boost lasts up to 10 seconds, with a countdown timer on the instrument panel. Both models achieve 0-62 mph in just 3.3 seconds, shaving 0.4 seconds off their predecessors' times. The Saloon also reaches 124 mph in 10.4 seconds, 1.6 seconds quicker than before, and offers an improved range of up to 390 miles.

GTS models deliver a unique sound profile akin to the Taycan Turbo S, with distinct auditory cues. Design-wise, they feature black or grey accents, sporty front and rear aprons, and standard 20-inch ‘Taycan Turbo S Aero Design’ wheels.

Inside, they feature materials from the Taycan Turbo GT, with 18-way adjustable electric sports seats and a BOSE Surround Sound System. Standard features include adaptive air suspension with PASM and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus), with optional rear-axle steering and Porsche Active Ride for GTS-specific tuning.

The Porsche GTS models start at £117,500, with pricing for the Taycan 4 Saloon yet to be announced. Express Vehicle Contracts will provide leasing options as soon as they are available. In the meantime check out our latest Porsche Deals here.
